3. Product Orders

When Tyrone products are available for purchase, you agree to provide accurate and complete purchase, shipping, and payment information.

An order is not final until it has been accepted by STUY TECH.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Pricing or listing errors
• Payment issues
• Suspected fraud
• Quantity limitations

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an appropriate refund.

The Tyrone brand, product designs, software, website, audio, graphics, text, logos, visual designs, features, and other materials provided by STUY TECH are owned by STUY TECH or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, STUY TECH grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our services for their intended purpose.

No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Unless permitted by law or expressly authorized by STUY TECH, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials.

To the extent permitted by law, STUY TECH's aggregate liability for claims relating to the services will not exceed the greater of:

(a) the amount you paid STUY TECH for the applicable product or service giving rise to the claim during the preceding twelve months; or

(b) $100.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless STUY TECH, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:

• Your unlawful use of our services

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented in connection with a specific product or service, constitute the agreement between you and STUY TECH regarding your use of Tyrone.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
